Within just a few years, The Saints have rapidly risen through the ranks of the hardstyle scene. What started as a spontaneous collaboration between two friends has grown into one of the most exciting and promising acts of the moment. With their unique blend of EDM influences, hard dance energy, surprising mashups, and contagious on-stage presence, Jules and Rick know exactly how to captivate any crowd.
The story of The Saints began quite unexpectedly. Rick, who had no DJ experience whatsoever, was suddenly put on a lineup and had two weeks to learn the basics. In that short time, Jules taught him everything he knew about mixing. After that first successful booking, the two stayed in touch every day. What followed were long nights in the attic, lots of laughter, and a shared passion for hard dance. The musical connection was undeniable and this is where âThe Saintsâ was born.
Their debut track, âRescue Me,â immediately caught the attention of Adaro, who gave the duo the opportunity to release it through Rough Recruits. It turned out to be a dream start. From that moment on, things moved fast: new music, more shows, fresh ideas, and eventually a deal with Dirty Workz, which truly propelled their career forward. At the end of 2024, The Saints also signed with The Wishlist, who have since managed their bookings.
Their real breakthrough came in 2024 with the release of the track âTUTUTU.â Shortly after, they dropped âOG RAVer,â a collaboration with The Purge. The track immediately took off and quickly became a true anthem. The track got played everywhere, even in local bars. For Jules and Rick, it felt like a dream come true after years of hard work and dedication.
What sets The Saints apart is their sense of balance: raw yet melodic, hard yet musical, catchy yet emotional. They know how to adapt to any crowd through smart track selection and strong crowd control. Their sets radiate energy without losing feeling. As they like to say: âWe love hard kicks, but it always has to stay musical. Girls need to enjoy it too ;) We have the most fun when weâre making real music, not just noise.â
Live, The Saints are an experience of their own. With years of MC experience and explosive energy, they know how to conquer any crowd. Their performances at Defqon.1, Shutdown Festival, Sunrise Festival and Kalkstorm in Sweden are filled with emotion, interaction and pure drive. The absolute highlight so far? Their set during The Gathering at Defqon.1 2025, a moment when everything came together: the vibe, the sunset, the crowd.
Off stage, Jules and Rick work tirelessly on their vision: creating music that moves, connects and sets people free on the dancefloor. Their message to young artists is simple: âStay true to yourself, be kind to the people around you and do what you genuinely love.â
With their recent cover of âOne (Your Name)â by Swedish House Mafia, The Saints pay tribute to the music that first sparked their passion. The release perfectly captures their sound: energetic, danceable and hard at the same time. And theyâre far from done. New releases are already on the way, including collaborations with a mysterious artist âwith a trumpetâ and a âduo without a project.â
2025 promises to be even bigger, more musical and more intense.
The Saints have only just begun.
